Facility Maintenance Associate Requirements:
Maintains cleanliness of service area, showroom and exterior display areasReceives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quicklyMaintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environmentObtain inventory list of vehicles in lot(s)Keeps vehicle lot(s) neat and organized Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problemsEnsures safety standards are followed throughout the facilityMaintains inventory of supplies; reorders as neededOperates all tools and equipment in a safe mannerUses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protectionUnderstands and follows work rules and proceduresFollows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards including recording time of arrival, departure and all breaks.Upholds the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreementsAttends company meetings as required.Works evening, weekend and holiday work hours as requiredMaintains a professional appearance and work area in accordance with company policyOther duties as assigned
Facility Maintenance Associate Requirements:
Able to safely drive vehicles both automatic and manual transmission. Good communication skillsGood customer services skillsAbility to perform basic mathAbility to understand and follow work rules and procedureAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesAbility to interact well with othersExceptional attention to detailWorks well in a team environmentAble to work will with a diverse group of people
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or the equivalent and six months or more of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Licenses or CertificatesA valid driver’s license is required.
