Senior Strategic Growth Manager (Product)

As a Senior Strategic Growth Manager you will be part of a high-impact, strategic team at the center of business growth. You’ll work across a diverse products and initiatives, shaping them from the ground up and seeing them through. This role is for you if you thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment, are motivated by taking ownership of driving change.

Your day-to-day:

• Shape strategy across products and initiatives, aligning them with business priorities and customer needs.
• Own the full product journey from identifying opportunities and building the business case to launching and measuring impact.
• Gather market insights and apply them in shaping products based on business needs.
• Shape, gather and ensure collaboration and efficiency across teams required for product initiatives.
• Work across a diverse portfolio, between products and initiatives.
• Deliver measurable outcomes, tracking impact on growth, engagement, and business scalability.
• Introduce processes and practices that support scale.

Your skills & experience:

• 4+ years of product management or related experience, with proven success in launching and growing products or initiatives.
• Experience thriving in fast-moving, evolving environments, ideally in startups, scale-ups, or consultancies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Great problem-solving skills, creativity, analytical thinking.
• Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and technical product development processes.
Nice to have
• Background in B2B data services or technical product management.
• Knowledge of the proxy industry or similar technical industries.
• Experience with data tools or programming (e.g., SQL, Python).

• Gross salary: 5000 - 7000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
