membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.

plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the

Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.

Department Overview

Marketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation.

The Planning and Management Section, where you will be assigned, is responsible for strategy formulation and KPI/P&L analysis within Rakuten Mobile's marketing division. This role offers frequent engagement with executives, providing an environment where you can work with a high-level perspective.

Position Details

Join Rakuten Mobile's dynamic Marketing Division and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction through robust data analysis and insightful data management. We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to our growth by transforming data into actionable strategies.

Based on your experience and skills, your responsibilities will include:

- Strategic Engagement with Leadership: Facilitate discussions with executives, leveraging comprehensive data to debate and influence the company's strategic direction and support decision-making processes.

- Advanced Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to conduct in-depth analysis and extraction of marketing data. You will be instrumental in building impactful dashboards that clarify insights and drive understanding.

- KPI Design for Marketing Initiatives: Develop and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal effectiveness and meticulous tracking of progress and outcomes.

- Leadership in Key Projects: Spearhead the planning and execution of critical projects directly aligned with business growth, often initiated by executive requests.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Proficiency in BI Tools: Demonstrated experience in utilizing BI tools to extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into solutions for complex business challenges.

- Data Analysis and Requirements Definition: Proven ability to analyze intricate datasets and clearly define requirements for connecting analytical findings to concrete business strategies and actions.

- Strategic Vision and Discussion Leadership: Capability to adopt an overarching perspective, understand the broader business landscape from an executive viewpoint, and lead substantive, data-driven discussions.

- Agility and Responsiveness: Possess the adaptability and quick thinking to rapidly address unexpected issues or urgent tasks, driving them to effective resolution.

Desired Qualifications:

- Business English conversation skills are required.
