As a defense mission expert, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic, operational, Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Joint Planning Process (JPP), Tactical Data Link (TDL), Common Operation Picture (COP), and Link Network expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the DoD on projects for the DoD. You’ll use your skills and expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the DoD mission area. You Have:
5+ years of experience with Joint, Maritime, or Air Operations Center in a TDL or Joint Interface Control Officer billet at the echelon three or higher level and generating OPTASK Link and COP documents
5+ years of experience in DoD or military operation and exercise planning focusing on Joint, Multilateral, or multi-warfare Operations and coordinating COP and Link architecture
5+ years of experience utilizing authorized military Cross Domain Solutions to work with allies and partners
Knowledge of U.S. Army force structure and data management systems
Ability to provide support on behalf of the client for TDACS, LMMT, ADSI, and GCCS, and link systems analysis of multi-TDL architecture performance and institute changes based on observation, and support cryptographic material upgrade with cryptographic loading devices
Ability to coordinate on behalf of the client with operational Combatant Commander staffs for exercise planning and preparation, including preparation and review of OPTASK LINK messages for joint and multilateral events
Ability to advise on development and acquisition agencies for procurement and evaluation of JICO automated tools and configuration management of said tools
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Completion of Joint Interface Control Officer or Joint Data Network Officer Course
Nice If You Have:
Experience with joint targeting cycle and associated network considerations
Experience in developing advanced warfighting concepts and structures
Experience in planning with Partners and Allies at the Joint Staff level
Experience in the Indo-Pacific Theater
Experience with using Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of INDOPACOM focused family of plans
Knowledge of Army multi-domain operations (MDO) and MDO capable formations
Ability to speak, read, and write in the Japanese language
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
