Your opportunity:

As a Sales Specialist I at Greenheck Group you will provide daily sales channel support via phone and email in a timely manner. You will also make day-to-day decisions based on prior experience and a proficient understanding of the sales channel policies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide daily sales channel support via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Answer rep and customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, returns, credits, additional billing, and order changes, special design requests, and pricing adjustments.
  • Effectively communicate with reps and customers and summarize complex issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on rep inquiries, bringing them to proper resolution and escalating when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department.
  • Participate in rep and customer visits.
  • May assist in training new team members.
  • Must have comprehensive understanding of sales channel policies and comprehensive knowledge of customer-facing systems to answer inquiries about CAPS, My Account, Parts, and Greenheck.com.

What you should have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
  • 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • 4 Year / bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills (i.e., CAPS, SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office programs, etc.) required.
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills required.
  • Minimum travel is required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.  The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $60,859-$75,179 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
