Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in coordinating tasks and supporting teams in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Merchandise Coordinator to join our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurate order processing, maintaining order status updates, coordinating with vendors and freight carriers, and ensuring on-time delivery. If you excel at multitasking, data entry, and clear communication while keeping everything running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

  • Exceptional Communicator: Highly proficient in spoken and written English with the ability to provide clear updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Maintains accuracy across order processing, financial recordkeeping, and system documentation.

  • Tech-Savvy Coordinator: Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to software and workflow management tools.

  • Independent Worker: Comfortable working with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrates professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with clients and partners.


 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Accurately process orders received by 5:00 PM PST and maintain up-to-date order statuses in internal software.

  • Communicate order and production updates with suppliers, sales representatives, and clients.

  • Review order documentation and ensure production proof approvals are received and tracked.

  • Coordinate with domestic and international couriers and freight carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Compare freight options for cost-efficiency and profitability.

  • Provide timely tracking details and resolve issues proactively.

  • Maintain accurate notes in the order log with resolution details and associated costs.

  • Partner with accounting to match invoices to orders, reconcile accounts receivable, and ensure accurate billing of freight and special charges.

  • Support database maintenance by keeping client information current.

  • Assist with tagging and filing product samples, answering calls, and other administrative tasks as needed.


WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Store Management, Merchandising, or related roles.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).

    • Knowledge of customer behavior, retail strategies, and merchandising trends.

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

    • Must be able to work U.S. CST hours (night shift in PH time).

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 27,500

  • Industry: Promotional Products

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
