The Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven, proactive Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint development, and applied AI solutions to support our enterprise modernization and data initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions that streamline operations, enhance data visibility, and support smarter decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design and build custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas and SharePoint development. Ensure applications are intuitive, scalable, and meet business requirements.

  • Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven insights. Utilize advanced report design, DAX, and Power Query to create meaningful visualizations.

  • AI Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into business processes for automation and efficiency. Leverage low-code/no-code AI models and tools to enhance solution capabilities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and teammates to evaluate requirements, design data flows, develop, test, and deliver solutions. Ensure solutions are user-friendly and align with business goals.

  • Process Analysis: Analyze business processes, utilize generative AI, and develop tools, reports, or other solutions to meet the business needs. Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Adherence to Standards: Adhere to team standards and governance principles, including styles, documentation, and configuration management. Ensure all development is well-documented and follows best practices.

  • Operational Support: Provide operational support for deployed solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements required post-deployment.

  • Training and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation. Support training efforts to facilitate user adoption across teams and to ensure users are well-versed in utilizing new solutions.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, AI tools, and industry best practices. Be willing to learn new technologies and incorporate them into solutions as needed.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 

  • 2-3 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and SharePoint.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling/analysis, DAX, Power Query, and advanced report design.

  • Experience with data architecture, designing data flows, and visualization.

  • Experience with connecting to varied data sources and utilizing REST APIs.

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, analysis, and collaboration skills.

  • Understanding basic AI principles and their application in business solutions.



Desired:

  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI models, RPA, or machine learning tools (e.g., AI Builder).

  • Experience integrating or leveraging AI tools such as AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or other cloud-based AI services.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.

  • Microsoft certification(s) in Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-300).

  • Familiarity or experience with Dataverse, SQL, AWS.

  • Experience working in government or regulated environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,100-$141,500
