Are you a logistics expert with a passion for precision, compliance, and operational excellence? KONE is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations across Turkey & Kazakhstan. This pivotal role ensures timely and cost-effective material availability to support installation, maintenance, and service operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transport planning, warehouse coordination, and 3PL oversight

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and lead documentation and audit processes

  • AEO (OKSB) audits, and internal review processes

  • Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse optimization using SAP and WMS systems

  • Drive digitalization and lean initiatives across logistics activities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support material readiness, buffer stock strategies, and performance reporting

  • Resolve service failures, manage logistics invoices, and ensure traceability of material flows

Are you the one?

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills

  • 5–7 years of logistics experience in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors

  • Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD) and Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong understanding of inventory control, customs procedures, and HSE compliance

  • Experience in multinational environments and knowledge of Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies

  • Prior experience in elevator, construction, or spare parts logistics is a plus
