Position Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong relationship with Agency

  • Deliver quality training, aligned with the need-based selling concepts in new agent training

  • Play an active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training program

  • Monitor program effectiveness and logistics arrangement

  • Handle other ad-hoc duties in agency training functions assigned

  • Produce monthly MIS reports on agent training team

  • Handle queries and logistics requirement

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree holder

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience

  • Good understanding of Agency Operations and Agency Development

  • Professional qualification on financial planning is preferred

  • Sales experience/training experience in the life insurance/financial planning industry will be a definite advantage

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and English

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word-processing
