Position Responsibilities:
Build a strong relationship with Agency
Deliver quality training, aligned with the need-based selling concepts in new agent training
Play an active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training program
Monitor program effectiveness and logistics arrangement
Handle other ad-hoc duties in agency training functions assigned
Produce monthly MIS reports on agent training team
Handle queries and logistics requirement
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder
6+ years of relevant work experience
Good understanding of Agency Operations and Agency Development
Professional qualification on financial planning is preferred
Sales experience/training experience in the life insurance/financial planning industry will be a definite advantage
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and English
Good communication and presentation skills
Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word-processing
