Position Title: Process Automation Analyst

Position reporting to: Reporting Analytics Manager

Department: ASM/Customer Service

Position Summary

The Process Automation Analyst is responsible for the assessment and refinement of process automation initiatives, as well as supporting the development team and stakeholders through the different stages of the Project Life Cycle. This includes gathering and documenting requirements related to the different processes and removing project roadblocks while working within a Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Automation Projects through the full RPA development lifecycle and ensure adhere to development and documentation requirements.

  • Analyze and translate business requirements for initiatives that are expected to return significant business value into an optimal automation solution, with minimal supervision.

  • Support the execution of new automation initiatives and review existing automation solutions to incorporate changes and optimize their performance.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts and Process Owners to boost process efficiency and support change management throughout the automation life cycle using the Agile methodology.

  • Help drive adoption of Scrum framework and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

  • Support the RPA development team, ensuring delivery and monitoring according to development goals and operational SLAs.

  • Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Capabilities

Essential

  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Project Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative/business field.

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience with demonstrated expertise in process design and using information to analyze business performance, identify opportunities and solve problems.

  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.)

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and creative skills with an ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely supportable decisions.

  • High motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer service oriented.

  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills working with global and cross-functional teams towards common goals.

  • Persistent and driven, forward thinker and self-motivator motivated by new challenges and learning opportunities.

  • Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, or other relevant automation tool.

  • Experience in scripting languages (e.g. R, Python.)

  • Experience working with relational or multidimensional databases (e.g. AWS, SQL, Hyperion.)
