The Military Engines Transformation Office is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive person to lead the ME Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE) Program. CORE is the continuous improvement operating system used within Pratt & Whitney and across all of RTX. CORE helps the company focus on the top priorities to drive alignment and performance across the enterprise and deliver more value to our customers. CORE deploys a common language and methodology to accelerate our integration and ability to achieve more together. It empowers our people to improve their daily work, deliver meaningful results and create a competitive advantage for P&W and RTX.
The Military Engines CORE Manager will ensure that CORE systems and processes are in place, best practices are implemented, and CORE culture is robust. The ME CORE Manager will be working directly with all ME program offices, senior leadership and value stream partners to ensure the CORE Operating System is used to deliver results. They will also support strategic goal alignment and transformation efforts across the Military Engines business.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the adherence to CORE procedures and policies
Drive and mature the use of the CORE operating system within Military Engines
Facilitate CORE engagements to improve key processes and solve problems
Metrics tracking
Provide CORE OS guidance and training
Support transformation projects and other initiatives
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of continuous improvement or business operations experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7 years of continuous improvement or business operations experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Experience in project management
Travel up to 15% of the time
Qualifications We Prefer
CORE certification
Certification or experience in lean or process improvement methodologies
Proficiency in SharePoint Content Management
Effectively influence stakeholders in written and oral communications
What Is My Role Type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
