Introduction
ASML HMI is designing a new generation of e-beam inspection tools. The assembly and qualification line (work center) for novel modules is being designed in Delft and will be operated at our site for New Product Introduction. The work center requires a well-controlled cleanroom environment.
Your assignment
You, as an intern, will collaborate with the cleanroom owner on contamination topics, aiming to control and maintain the cleanroom environment to satisfy internal customers’ (designers and industrial engineers) needs.
Key deliverables include:
Learning the processes in the workcenter of ASML Delft
Performing monitoring of the cleanroom parameters
Analyzing data and performing root cause analysis (RCA) of issues
Proposing and implementing improvement actions
This is a mbo, hbo or university bachelor internship (not suited for a thesis project) for minimum 6 months, minimum 3 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible. The location of this internship is at ASML Delft.
Your Profile
To be a fit for this assignment, you:
Have background in physics, mechanical engineering, or any other technical education;
Have good communication skills in English and Dutch;
Are proactive and quality driven personality;
Have interest and affinity for improving processes, it is natural for you;
Have knowledge of statistics.
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
