Job Purpose:
To lead Sensodyne Future Growth Partitions specifically Kids, Pronamel & Toothbrushes for Middle East & Africa by working with Global and Local teams to define clear strategy and plans to deliver brand growth and market share gain.
In this role you will…
- Oversee Sensodyne Kids & Toothbrush strategy in MEA markets and ensure it is executed as per right growth strategy for each markets.
- Lead defining role of Pronamel within Sensodyne portfolio for MEA and create long term strategies and plans.
- Lead Sensodyne Kids and Toothbrush innovations pipeline in Middle East & Africa from opportunity identification to business case preparations and approvals
- Fully lead Sensodyne Kids and Toothbrush communications set up (campaign briefing, market rollout and localization)
- Support the local markets in brand strategies, plans, launches and supervise Communication toolkit production & execution for responsible paritions
- Work with markets to develop brand halo campaigns catering to local needs and increasing consumer / brand relevance
- Analyze brand performance through qualitative and quantitative brand metrics
- Work closely with markets to support in brand projects and development
- Work with cross functional team in MEA as well as in markets to drive brand growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Marketing specialization.
- 8+ years of brand management experience in FMCG
- Experience in working in multi-market environment is a strong preference
- Data driven and can support decisions with insights and analytics.
- Results oriented with ability to translate strategy and business objectives into actionable plans and measurements.
- Proven record in market execution of innovation launches, campaign development and execution.
- Ability to create program goals, messaging, communication, and overall event plans.
- Drive consistent execution of global brand identity, brand heart, messaging and visual brand language.
- Drive innovation planning, sequencing, implementation planning, tracking and learning.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills with ability to drive projects and/or campaigns forward to completion while remaining highly organized and detail oriented.
- Significant financial accountability in a large scale, complex area
The role operates at a Middle East level and requires agile delivery across the Middle East & Africa.
