About the role

The OTP Analyst is responsible for supporting Operational Transfer Pricing team in activities associated with Global Central processes, reporting, collecting, checking and analysing data on intercompany transactions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and other functions (e.g. Intercompany, Stat & Tax, GPO, Closing & Controlling) to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and to support the company's financial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support & perform Global Central Transfer Pricing process to complete Financial modelling.
• Supervise and oversee the monthly end to end invoicing process to ensure intercompany charges are properly recorded, documented and authorized.
• Proactively and independently collaborate to attend queries from key stakeholders (e.g., Finance Business Partner, Close & Controlling, Intercompany and Treasury).
• Work with other team members on strategy Transfer Pricing projects across a variety of topics.
• Pull and analyse data from internal databases and prepare summaries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline intercompany invoicing & Transfer Pricing processes.
• Assist in implementing best practices and efficiency enhancements.
• Provide support during internal and external audits related to intercompany transactions & Central Transfer Pricing processes.
• Ensure that process documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Tax, Finance, Accounting or related area.
• Advanced Level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP software.

Preferred

• Power BI and Alteryx experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
