As the Sous Chef of our all-day dining restaurant, you will support the Executive Sous Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring high culinary standards, consistency, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a diverse kitchen team, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to menu innovation. This role requires a passion for food, a strong sense of leadership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume, luxury hotel environment.
What you do:
Assist in the overall kitchen operations, focusing on breakfast, lunch, dinner, and buffet service.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.
Oversee food preparation, production, and timely service during all meal periods.
Maintain highest hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards (HACCP compliance).
Support the creation and implementation of seasonal menus and daily specials.
Control food cost through effective inventory, waste reduction, and portion control.
Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness in compliance with hotel standards.
Collaborate with service and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of kitchen team members.
Step in for the Executive Sous Chef in their absence.

Culinary and supervisory experience within a luxury hotel
A creative flair and bring your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences
Ability to provide guidance to others
Proficiency in kitchen management software and basic computer skills.
