Overview

We (TDI/CSO/ISPS– Authentication Service Operations) are part of the Technology Data and Innovation (TDI) group – Chief Security Office (CSO) responsible for providing operational support for the Bank’s critical strategic authentication platforms which are integrated by all business lines in Deutsche Bank business. The ISPS-Authentication line of business has a current portfolio of 12+ global critical authentication platforms. Being at the forefront of supporting these applications our team also works closely with the front to back business teams on a daily basis within a fast-paced dynamic environment. ISPS-Authentication services provide production support for the Banks strategic Authentication platforms such as Web Single Sign on, Cloud Identity Provder (Forgerock), Enterprise Identity Provder (Redhat SSO), One Time Password (OTPS), MFA Gateway and LDAP directory services.

What You’ll Do

  • Accountable for the appropriate resolution of the incidents (end-to-end), hereby ensuring that required actions are carried out in a professional manner (e.g. stakeholders are informed in a timely fashion)

  • Perform controlled escalation management to Business, Information Technology (IT) management and vendor: confirm that the right people are working the issues and parties are informed in a timely manner

  • Regular client interactions including weekly production status and monthly service reviews with Production management /service users

  • Proactively monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, soliciting feedback for service improvement plans

  • Communication of IT production services and tracking against service level agreement with the Business operations

  • Actively pursue service improvements and efficiencies that benefit the end user community without additional cost to Deutsche Bank except where supported by business and IT budgets

Skills You’ll Need

  • Authentication and Authorization (A&A) and Identity and Access management (IDAM) domain knowledge

  • Knowledge of SSO (single sign on) technologies

  • Proven working knowledge of Enterprise Web/J2EE environment, Web/application/data layer using WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache Server 2.x, IIS , RedHat SSO, OpenShift , Google GCP

  • Technical proficiency navigating UNIX servers, running basic UNIX commands and writing / debugging shell scripts

  • Monitor service performance by both Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support teams, confirming adherence to Operating Level Agreement (OLA) and verifying plans exist to address deviations

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Prior experience in L3 support along with L2 support will be preferred

  • Troubleshooting Web authentication flow failures

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Splunk is preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Good exposure and experience in managing Enterprise platforms, middleware and application software geared towards managing software compliance levels and OSS Vulnerability resolution

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
