Are you a recent graduate from marketing, biomedical, health science, allied health or related field - and curious about how products get to market? Our Surgical Technologies Marketing team is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Marketing Associate to join us in Sydney, NSW.

This role will suit people with a passion for improving patient outcomes, technology and who has work/study experience in the healthcare space.

We would consider recent graduates in marketing, health/biomedical/medical/engineering fields, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, sports physiologists... if you're interested in marketing, and how the human anatomy works, this could be the role for you!

The Role:

As a Senior Marketing Associate, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of product marketing while contributing to projects that drive real business outcomes. You will:

• Support and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and brand leadership in our Surgical Technologies portfolio
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for new and existing products
• Create compelling marketing collateral and digital communication tools
• Design, run, and measure product promotion campaigns
• Provide product training support, insights, and updates to our sales team
• Organise and participate in surgeon education events, workshops, conferences, and meetings

Key Skills:

• A completed bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Health Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Passionate about healthcare and excited to explore a career in marketing
• A curious, driven learner who’s eager to grow and make an impact
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action

Experience:

We will provide extensive training in Marketing, so you can be fully equipped - no specific experience in the space required, just a passion Surgical Technologies, healthcare and improving patient outcomes!
