Advantech is currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist in Taiwan (Linkou Campus). As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you should have complete knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, required to perform all the day-to-day duties for the smooth running of the campaigns/projects. You are also required to prepare campaigns/projects specifications, possess extraordinary communication skills and the ability to work in collaboration. Responsibilities of the role:

  • Google Services planning and execution: Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting ads, to drive targeted traffic and increase online visibility. Utilize Google Analytics to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness. Experience with Google Merchant Centre is a plus.

  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the IoTMart’s presence on corporate-based social media platforms, running paid campaigns, and fostering a strong online community. Collaborate with the digital content team to ensure consistent brand messaging across social channels.

  • E-commerce Marketing: Work closely with e-commerce marketing staff to align strategies and drive conversions on the company's e-commerce platform through effective digital marketing initiatives.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the e-commerce team to implement CRO strategies, enhancing the user experience and maximizing conversion rates on the website.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts on Google and social media platforms, providing regular reports and insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement, including A/B testing of landing pages.

  • Design surveys to measure customer satisfaction, and analyze website traffic statistics and insights.

  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI across Google and social media channels.

  • Competitor monitoring: Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace to identify opportunities for business differentiation or new business solutions development

  • Cross-functional project execution: except for core responsibility, you will also show flexibility to tackle responsibility on IoTMart-related marketing activities and working as a team when it is needed.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing Google services and social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools. Experience in Google Merchant Centre is a plus.

  • Proficiency in social media marketing and community management, with a track record of successfully growing and engaging online audiences is a plus.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies and conversion optimization techniques.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-function.
