In this high-impact position, you will play a key role in managing HR initiatives with broad responsibility and scope across the Gdańsk location. This is a hybrid role based in Gdańsk with the benefit of working from home up to three days a week, depending on business needs. As the role is focused on the local organization, there is an expectation to be present during key meetings, events and stakeholders' visits to make the most impact.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and supporting organizational development initiatives.
  • Implement global people strategies at the local level, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with Polish labor law.
  • Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and deliver local training programs aligned with global learning strategies, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Communications teams to strengthen employer branding and position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure HR operations are executed with excellence, aligning all activities with global HR strategies and local business needs.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead all HR-related activities at our Gdańsk location. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong HR foundation, hands-on experience in Polish labor law, and a passion for driving people strategies, employee engagement, and talent development.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an international or matrix organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Polish labor law and HR compliance.
  • Fluency in Polish and English language (written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data in a compelling and engaging format.
