About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategy & Planning Consultant


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements
  • Assist in the identification of strategic business, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities
  • Identify technology requirements and coordination of technical resources
  • Review and analyze basic business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide strategic consulting services to client organization using knowledge and expertise
  • Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
  • Consult with more experienced managers and staff to create and execute business plans that support the business strategy
  • Collaborate with business and tech teams on Generative AI opportunities


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Job Expectations:

  • Expertise in low code automation capabilities like Power platform, Tableau, Alteryx etc.
  • Good understanding of Generative AI concept, functionality, applicability etc.
