Crossroads Inpatient - OT

Program Overview:

Crossroads is a 16-bed transitional residential facility serving adults with chronic or acute mental illness. The program focuses on psychiatric stability, daily living education, and a safe environment to support recovery.

• Occupational Therapy (OT) Intern
  • Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
    • Assist with assessments focused on daily living skills and functional independence.
    • Co-facilitate therapeutic group activities designed to enhance life skills and wellness.
    • Develop intervention plans tailored to resident goals and progress.
    • Collaborate with mental health clinicians and nursing staff as part of the care team.
    • Document observations and contribute to discharge planning.
