What you’ll be doing:

• Drives truck to location for loading and unloading

• Moves levers and operates controls to release aggregate material out of dump body or trailer

• Cleans dump body or trailer at end of end of day or when required

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer

• Assists in yard functions when needed

• Maintains high level of customer service

• Monitors truck and other company equipment to ensure appearance, safety and proper maintenance levels.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid California Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License, with a tanker endorsement.

• Ability to pass Federal Department of Transportation pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical and be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Company/Federal testing requirements.

• Ability to bend to ground-level and reach to upper levels with use of a ladder and the stamina to stand and walk for most of the work shift, and lift upwards of 40 lbs.

• Ability to perform simple math, e.g., addition, subtraction, etc.

• Clear English speaking/writing and attentive listening skills

• Driving, using maps and directions

• Ability to be flexible with your schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
