THE ROLE
Hallett Maintenance Services are a growing team that are making a real difference to the reliability and performance of our fixed plant. You will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance team by planning and scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance activities across Hallett Group to ensure minimal disruption to production, optimised equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
• Managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders
• Coordinating and scheduling all PM maintenance activities
• Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs
• Procuring necessary maintenance supplies and equipment
• Processing of equipment oil samples for analysis
• Working with vendors and contractors as needed
• Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
• Strong understanding of Maintenance strategies
• Experience with scheduling in MEX, SAP or other ERP systems is desirable
• Experience in the Mining, Quarrying or similar industries
• Creating work orders from notifications using request lists and adding required planning information.
• Liaising with Supervisors, Mangers and maintenance team leaders to identify efficient and effective scheduling requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with planning/scheduling.
• Providing advice, training and support to operational team members in relation to the Asset Management and Work Management Processes
