About the role
We are recruiting for our next intake of Customer Service Consultants! Come and join a great team that values empathy, collaboration and shared success. As part of our Contact Centre whānau based in Auckland, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues health and wellbeing. Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime. (You must be a NZ Resident, NZ Citizen or AUS Citizen to apply)
Start Date: Tuesday 7 October
Hours of work: Our contact centre operates Monday through to Friday between 8am-5.30pm.
Location: Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland
Onboarding & Training: You will receive comprehensive 5 weeks of training followed by mentoring to set you up for success.
What will your day look like?
Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering member satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Ensure our members maximize the value of their insurance products by efficiently resolving inquiries and processing policy changes.
Practice continuous improvement (add one more point here).
Keep up to date with your knowledge around changes in policy, product, and processes.
Accurately record and manage inquiry details using our systems.
