Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MGM’s Standards of Performance

• Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks required for the position

• Oversee the documentation lifecycle, including creation, revision, approval, and archiving

• Track and update inspection and observation records and ensure service audit checklists are up-to-date

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into QA systems and databases

• Support Food & Beverage QA in creating and rollout of eLearning modules

• Assist in developing content using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Track training completion, generate reports, and follow up on outstanding learning requirements

Job Requirements:

• Experience in luxury hotel quality assurance is preferred

• Diploma or above in Hotel or related disciplines

• Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficient in English and Chinese document processing, knowledge in Adobe Premier and eLearning Creation Tools – Storyline is an advantage

• Flexibility Schedule: Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

• Possess strong interpersonal skills, creativity, independence, flexibility, and a proactive mindset. Demonstrates critical thinking and forward thinking in approaching tasks and solving problems. Able to perform duties under pressure and in ambiguous situations. Well-organized, capable of prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple assignments simultaneously. Familiar with quality assurance and eLearning development processes
