About the Role

As a Site Supervisor at Gallery Group, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and supervising the construction of multiple homes across South Brisbane, including single and double-storey homes and townhouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold and implement strong OH&S principles to maintain a safe working environment.

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction activities with a focus on quality, safety, and budget compliance.

• Ensure all projects meet regulatory and compliance standards.

• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Enforce rigorous quality control standards across all sites.

• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with project teams to address technical and design-related challenges.

• Maintain real-time project updates through workflow and construction management systems.

About You

• Trade-qualified, with hands-on experience in Carpentry or Building.

• QBCC Licence required

• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and tradespeople.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.

• Proficient in using construction/project management software (Onsite Companion preferred).

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.

• Previous experience with a recognised residential builder.
