Civil Supervisor

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage all civil construction projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Civil Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil construction projects within the organization
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage a team of construction workers and ensure that all safety protocols are followed
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Provide regular project updates to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
