Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle processing of customer application forms from all channels and to follow up on application status.
  • Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
  • Responsible to prepare and internal and regulatory reports.
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks and day to day operational processes.
  • Responsible for providing operational support and escalating to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

  • Expected to liaise with stakeholders including but not limited to colleagues from various divisions, and business partners.
  • Good excel and data analytical skill.
  • Attention to detail.
