Description -
What a College Intern - Product Engineering does at HP:
- You will be attached to the Product Engineering & Quality team.
- Work in multiple disciplines of product engineering, print systems, customer assurance and quality systems.
- Gain insights through the analysis of data and understanding of operational processes and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Develop solutions to resolve business problems and improve processes to gain efficiencies and make an impact to the customer experience.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Students that are graduating in 2026/2027 will be prioritized.
- Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in January 2026.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact & work with stakeholders at all levels & across different cultures to deliver the desired business outcomes.
- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills.
- Possess growth mindset, self-driven personality & ability to think out-of-the box to find solutions to problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on meeting tight schedules and delivering results.
