Wasserman, London, are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Creative Art Director to join our Retail and Shopper team.
In this ‘on the tools’ role, you’ll be tasked to help shape innovative, engaging and impactful creative Global Travel Retail (GTR) solutions, for one of the world’s largest alcohol brands. Whilst occasionally being asked to pitch in and work on other clients from different sectors, this is a great opportunity to be part of a creative team tasked with pushing the thinking and boundaries of traditional shopper marketing.

Required experience / skills:
Have 10+ years working in creative shopper marketing with a minimum of 3 years activating in GTR/luxury retails channels
Be an accomplished creative thinker and designer who excels in creating key visuals with strong typography and compositions
Experience in creating and developing global activation toolkits/playbooks
The ability to develop strong strategic creative solutions and rationale
Advanced ability working in the Abode Creative Suite, Google Slides and PowerPoint
The ability to quickly get under the skin of a brand and pick up its TOV
Have excellent drawing skills to communicate your thinking internally and to clients
Strong knowledge around materials for unit build recommendations
Have great social media and digital channels knowledge
Confident presenting to colleagues and clients
Have a good understanding of print production
Have an understanding of how assets are created for F1 trackside, hospitality spaces and general branding
What You'll Be Doing:
Primarily conceptualizing and developing a GTR omni-channel playbook – containing premium modular shopper solutions, consumer engagements and digital executions
In addition to the primary task, help develop and visualize a number of sports partnership campaign activations in the GTR channel
Working in a fast-paced agency environment to pressured deadlines
Strong communication skills while serving as a brand guardian to help develop and translate campaigns into channel
Being a team player to work with the larger multi-disciplinary creative team – from digital to 3D
Help nurture the development of a junior creative team member
Create client facing presentations and toolkits to help sell concepts
Be curious and keen to stay up to date with industry trends, innovation, tech and retail/shopper activations
