Key Responsibilities
Support and influence the Global Web Product Roadmap: Develop and prioritize the roadmap and backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs
Prioritize development initiatives based on business value, user impact, and strategic fit
Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a data-driven, customer-centric approach to product development, integrating customer insights and feedback into product enhancements
Agile Product Development: Collaborate effectively with Agile development teams and UX designers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Technology, Customer Experience, Design, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to gather and clarify functional requirements and translate business needs into user stories, epics and specifications for the technical team
Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, conduct user acceptance testing and interviews, and iterate to enhance product features and functionalities
Vision: help create and support the multi-year product strategy that supports Circle K’s business objectives and drives best-in-class digital experiences
Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a data-driven, customer-centric approach to product development, integrating customer insights and feedback into product enhancements
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in web product management, having successfully shipped features to market
Strong knowledge of website architecture, CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal), and digital analytics
Desire and the ability to learn and continue to grow with product management
Customer first mindset and familiar with various discovery frameworks and how to identify pain points and opportunities that drive prioritization
Ability to write clear, concise, and actionable product requirements
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
Comfortable working in a global and multicultural company
