What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and inspire a team of Exercise Physiologists across NSW with teams in Sydney and Newcastle
• Drive revenue growth and boost profitability—help us hit (and exceed) our targets!
• Keep our services on point, ensuring quality outcomes and industry best practices.
• Identify and implement strategies to grow the business and expand our market reach.
• Track performance metrics and always look for ways to improve.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay on top of compliance, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Mentor and support your team’s growth—help them be their best!

What We’re Looking For:

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ample clinical experience in personal injury.
• Demonstrable experience in a leadership role preferably 2+ years.
• Strong financial skills—you know your way around budgets and revenue goals, previous responsibility managing a P&L would be highly regarded.
• A natural leader who can motivate and rally a team.
• A people person who can build solid relationships and communicate effectively.
• Strategic thinker who loves analysing data and spotting trends.
• Someone truly passionate about delivering quality patient care and positive outcomes.
