IT Manager-Noma Security

Noma Security is redefining how organizations safely adopt AI into their organizationlifecycle is our old messaging. As our first IT Manager, you’ll own and elevate the foundation that enables our teams to move fast and securely. From employee lifecycle support to strategic IT planning, you’ll design and scale the systems that keep our people productive, our devices secure, and our infrastructure resilient.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior IT professional who thrives in dynamic startup environments. You’ll build IT practices from the ground up, automate processes, and shape how Noma manages identity, access, and assets as we scale. You’ll report to our R&D leadership in Tel Aviv and collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do

Support the Employee Lifecycle: Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth setup, access, and productivity from day one.
Manage Identity & Access: Own SSO and identity management (Okta, etc.), keeping security tight while enabling seamless employee access.
Oversee Devices & Assets: Automate device setup and manage hardware lifecycles, inventory, and planning across MacOS and Windows environments.
Run IT Helpdesk & User Support: Be the go-to partner for IT issues, driving fast resolution and improving end-user experience.
Maintain Office & Network Infrastructure: Oversee Wi-Fi networks, conferencing systems, and on-site IT needs.
Optimize SaaS & Tooling: Manage SaaS platforms, usage, and licensing across the company.
Strategic IT Planning: Anticipate growth and design scalable IT processes that align with business needs.

Requirements for Success

5+ years in IT, including 2+ years as an IT Manager in scaling startups.
Hands-on expertise with MDM, Okta, macOS, and Windows.
Experience in hardware & asset lifecycle management (inventory, forecasting, planning).
Strong network & office infrastructure knowledge, including Wi-Fi and conferencing systems.
Proven ability to document, automate, and scale IT processes as teams grow.
Startup-ready mindset, comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with minimal bureaucracy.
