At Vitacress Herbs, we care deeply about growing fresh, high quality produce and building trusted relationships with our customers. To keep our standards at the very top, we’re looking for a Technologist to join our Technical team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance across our business. You’ll take ownership of vital technical systems, keep records accurate and up to date, and make sure our customers can always rely on us to deliver excellence.
Day to day, you’ll manage supplier approvals, analyse data, and maintain customer platforms. You’ll track pesticide and traceability records, support audits, and prepare reports that drive improvements across the site. You’ll work closely with our commercial, packaging, and operations teams, making sure customer specifications are not just met, but exceeded.
This isn’t just about paperwork, you’ll be out on the floor supporting quality checks, collaborating with growers, and helping spot opportunities to make things better. You’ll also play your part in exciting NPD projects, compliance investigations, and benchmarking activities that keep us ahead of the game.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and naturally curious. If you’ve got experience in food safety or technical compliance, strong IT skills, and a team first approach, you’ll feel right at home here.
To be successful in this position it is essential that you have HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 as a minimum.
