Requirements

What you’ll be working on:

1. Own the outbound sales motion

  • You’ll be the very first Account Executive to join the team — building and managing the entire sales process end-to-end.
  • Design, execute, and refine a scalable sales process that drives growth.
  • Work closely with SDRs to prospect, identify, nurture, and convert leads into high-value opportunities.
  • Create and deliver a winning sales strategy that consistently exceeds targets.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships that go beyond transactions.

2. Shape product direction & company strategy

  • Unlike a typical AE role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence product decisions and business strategy with a “founder’s mindset.”
  • Bring customer and market insights to guide the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by sharing feedback and ideas for impactful collateral and sales assets, drawn from your daily customer interactions.

Qualifications that set you apart:

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably with early-stage startups).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • A first-principles thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • High ownership, accountability, and dependability.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
