As a Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process, contributing across every stage—from research and conceptualization to designing reusable templates and fine-tuning details. The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and engaging, with opportunities to work across diverse design specializations such as Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, and UI/UX.

You will bring a strong creative instinct, the ability to translate briefs into standout designs, and the versatility to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while balancing varied projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful design solutions across digital, social, web, mobile, and print channels.
Design and produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives tailored to client needs.
Develop reusable templates and design guidelines to streamline campaign production.
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance creative quality.
Work closely with account managers, project leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of design experience, ideally in an agency or similar creative environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing ad campaigns and creatives across multiple formats and platforms.
Excellent sense of aesthetics, conceptual design, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch (Figma is a plus).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and digital-first design.
Experience in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX, video editing, or branding preferred.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web technologies is a plus.
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
