Job Profile

We are seeking a Communications Lead (Contractual) to anchor the launch of two high-impact events:

  • CSR Exemplars Report (Planned launch: end of September in Mumbai)
  • HNI Coffee Table Book (Planned launch: early December in Mumbai and/or Bangalore)

Both events are critical to driving momentum for systems change and are expected to attract senior leaders from the corporate and philanthropic ecosystem, including ~150 CEOs and HNIs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of both events in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Develop and manage event-specific social media presence, including content creation and engagement
  • Curate and manage guest lists, invitations, and follow-ups to ensure strong participation
  • Oversee design and production of event collaterals to maintain brand consistency
  • Manage on-ground logistics such as venue setup, vendor coordination, and event flow
  • Ensure seamless stakeholder experience throughout the event lifecycle

Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

  • 4–6 years of experience in communications, events, or brand management
  • Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Prior exposure to senior stakeholder engagement and large-scale/high-visibility events is an advantage
  • Strong creative sensibility for content and design
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver with quick turnarounds
