For our operations in Greece, we are currently looking for a Contact Center Officer – Disputes & Fraud Officer with experience in the Card Payments industry to join our Customer Operations department.
About Your Future Role
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Identify fraudulent transactions and take appropriate actions.
- Contact affiliated Establishments via phone or email to verify the authenticity of transactions made.
- Identify fraud patterns in Acquiring business and take actions to prevent such activities in the future.
- Process and analyze fraud notifications – fraud advice received by Associations. Propose potential changes/improvements in fraud processes and tools, which will contribute to the mitigation of fraudulent activity and especially in detection and prevention.
- Work closely and cooperate with Fraud Manager for mitigating fraud happened in affiliated establishments of Nexi GR.
- Screen suspicious transactions accurately and in a timely manner using the fraud systems, tools and reports
- Stay up to date with the latest online fraud trends, practices and tools.
- Assist on the maintenance of parameters of Fraud Monitoring tool, Risk shield.

Essential Qualifications:
- Studies in Business Administration or Economics
- Previous work experience as a Fraud Analyst will be considered a plus
- Data driven thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills
- Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Good command of the English language & Experience with MS office
- Availability to work on 24/7/365 schedule, based on pre-arranged shifts.
Other skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate various stakeholders and work within teams
- Very good verbal and written communication skills to discuss, investigate and understanding of statements and reports
- Able to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects
- Results oriented, problem solver able to work under pressure and deliver within set deadlines
