What you will be doing

As a Digital Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering the Defence Digital Product strategy, ensuring that innovative solutions create real value for our business and our customers. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive digital transformation and enable the next generation of digital capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-performing environment where you will grow your expertise, influence key programmes, and help deliver cutting-edge digital technologies into operational use.

Responsibilities

You’ll be:

Working with stakeholders across Defence to capture business needs and translate them into digital capability requirements.
Supporting the development and delivery of the digital technology roadmap, ensuring right-first-time application deployment.
Driving innovation and applying Agile and DevOps practices to bring digital capabilities through the full technology lifecycle.
Collaborating across product teams to maximise synergies and remove barriers to delivery.
Influencing and supporting senior stakeholders to adopt digital solutions that create measurable business value.

Experience in digital product delivery across multiple methodologies (Agile, DevOps, waterfall).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to work across diverse, cross-functional groups to deliver business outcomes.
Strong communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear and actionable insight.
Business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and pragmatic delivery.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Defence business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance.
