Serving top brands like lululemon, Patagonia, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Gymshark, MAS Active blends high-performance sportswear with fashion, and is innovating in the space of wearable products that track fitness metrics and workout analytics. To plan and prepare budgeted capacities for plants and place confirmed orders in order to ensure the availability of capacity for projected customer orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the budgeted capacity for each plant by attending the capacity planning meeting, identify expansions, review budget and address critical issues.
• Allocate capacities for order projections and follow up on order confirmations while updating the Embellishment Planning team on projections.
• Plan confirmed orders by quoting deliveries, communicating critical path activities and booking capacity with relevant stakeholders and preparing variance analysis between projected and confirmed quarters.
• Implement mechanisms to monitor adherence to the capacity plan, facilitate optimization of production efficiencies by moderating variances in styles and thereby changeovers, while planning facilities to meet and exceed budgeted standard hours.
• Conduct a weekly order status review meeting by liaising with relevant Divisions to discuss on raw material availability and garment delivery status for confirmed orders and communicate other relevant information to finalize work in progress and update plant capacity statistics.
• Conduct a weekly production review meeting with plant representatives to update the production plan based on the actual production, while initiating action plans for possible delivery delays / production advancement and circulating the updated production plan to relevant parties.
• Review embellishment plan with the embellishment planner and discuss the action plan to achieve the required embellishment output while communicating the same.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Economics or Statistics.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experiences.
• Sound communications and Analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills.
