We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Raw Material Development & Sourcing team as Executive – Technology Entrepreneur. In this role, you will develop raw materials and colors in line with customer requirements, mitigate risks, uphold agreed standards, and ensure smooth execution of bulk production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop virtual and physical prototypes internally and with partners, adopting an open innovation mindset to test and learn rapidly.
• Solve technological challenges to generate practical, impactful solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders including RM suppliers, technology providers, and testing laboratories to identify, develop, and finalize RM options, setting specifications for all raw materials.
• Coordinate with testing laboratories, divisions, and customers to conduct performance testing and other relevant evaluations, both in laboratory and real-world environments.
• Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to clearly communicate concepts and project outcomes.
• Support other projects within the Innovation team, contributing expertise to move initiatives through stage gates and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 2–3 years of experience in textiles, fiber, yarn, polymer, or chemistry.
• Experience in product development and innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
