• Translate business needs into data-driven use cases by collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deploy data models and analytics pipelines to support aftermarket service operations.
• Analyze large-scale service and parts data to uncover actionable insights that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor service KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to data governance and quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Mentor junior data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the aftermarket or service industries.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and big data technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
