An intern working in digital marketing within the Internal Firm Services (Business Development Centre) at PwC typically engages in various activities that contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts. Specific duties might include:
- Content Creation: Assisting in developing engaging digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and blogs, to enhance PwC’s online presence.
- Social Media Management: Helping manage PwC’s social media accounts by posting updates, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and analyzing metrics to optimize social media strategies.
- Campaign Support: Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online ads, and promotional activities.
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for PwC's services, and providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- SEO and Analytics: Assisting with search engine optimization strategies to improve website visibility, and analyzing website traffic and marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Creative Collaboration: Working with designers and other team members to develop creative materials, such as infographics, videos, and promotional content for digital platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure alignment and cohesive messaging across different business units and service lines.
