About the Role

We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Perth. This role will support our Advisory and Tax service lines, partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth across the full employee lifecycle.  

This is more than an operational role. We are seeking someone who brings strategic thinking, a growth mindset, and a genuine passion for people. You will have the autonomy to lead initiatives locally while contributing to national priorities, all within a values-led team that champions innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Manage and advise senior leaders on all people matters that arise within your client group including employee relations, performance, remuneration, engagement, inclusion and diversity, talent management, wellbeing and turnover, identifying and minimising any risks 

  • Lead and deliver people initiatives and HR projects that build capability, support business outcomes, and enhance the employee experience 

  • Support organisational change and transformation by providing expert advice and embedding people-first solutions 

  • Build and maintain strategic working relationships within client groups and key stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and priorities 

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle 

  • Coach and support leaders in applying HR policies, tools, and frameworks consistently, while uplifting leadership capability 

  • Champion a safe, inclusive, and values-led culture that supports wellbeing, engagement, and high performance 

 

About You 

  • Demonstrated experience in a HR business partnering role, ideally within professional services or a complex matrix environment 

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into people outcomes 

  • Deep understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment law, and change management 

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
