We are looking for Transport Administrator to join the Timbertruss Transport team based in Corio.

Key tasks for this position include but not limited to:

Ensure an efficient and accurate communication flow for Company staff and clients.
Provide efficient and effective keyboard skills to undertake allocated clerical tasks.
Liaise with customers on their delivery requirements and update information into the Timbertruss database on an ongoing basis.
Liaise with the Transport Team Leader to confirm deliveries daily.
Report any problems in the delivery process to the Transport Team Leader.
Bringing jobs forward as required and maintaining manageable schedules for production and transport in the Timbertruss database.
Receive calls, SMS and emails in relation to schedule changes and administering these changes in the Timbertruss database.
