Position: Junior Receptionist (Russian & Chinese Speaking)
Department: Front Office

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Receptionist to join our Front Office team. As a Russian & Chinese-speaking team member, you will help ensure our Russian & Chinese-speaking guests feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout their stay. 💼 What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide attentive support to Russian & Chinese-speaking guests, ensuring their needs are met with courtesy and efficiency.
• Answer guest inquiries and offer information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle minor guest requests and escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and assist in processing payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold RIU service standards and contribute to a welcoming and professional front desk atmosphere.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or a front office role is an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian & Chinese (or Mandarin) and English (spoken and written).
• A passion for hospitality with a warm and approachable personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support your team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of front desk systems or hotel software is an added advantage.
