We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and results-driven AI Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role based in Downtown Beirut (M1 Building) with remote flexibility.

What You'll Do

Design, test, and deploy internal chatbots and AI agents to streamline daily operations
Implement LLM-based solutions using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG pipelines
Extract and analyze structured data from the ERP system
Identify use cases where AI can automate repetitive tasks or enhance decision-making.
Monitor the performance of implemented AI tools and continuously iterate for better accuracy, speed, and user experience.
Act as the communication bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams (developers, AI engineers).

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, with exceptional quantitative skills
Final-year students and recent grads are welcome to apply
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangSmith, etc…).
Ability to read and interpret structured data (SQL or ERP systems experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to write clear specs for engineering teams
