 Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Web Producer 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Producer with strong expertise in website content management systems (CMS) to join our Web Strategy team. You will have an important CMS authoring role on this team. This will entail working with stakeholders and other members of the Web team to bring content onto the website, and collaborating with our Web Operations and tech-stack team on CMS-based projects.    

The Web Producer will work closely with other web producers, with a focus on stakeholder requests that come into the web team every day. The successful candidate will ensure web content meets our high standards for quality, consistency, optimization, UX, visual presentation, design, and the Genpact brand.  You are an excellent multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing tickets, innovates faster and more efficient ways to execute, and who enjoys seeing your impact on our corporate website. You will bring a deep understanding of CMS authoring environments to the team, specifically in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including templates, components, the DAM, image processing, metadata, and content fragments.    

Responsibilities 

Website content strategy:   

• Working with the entire Web team, understand Genpact’s content strategy and industry/services offerings for increased effectiveness updating genpact.com.  
     

Website CMS authoring   

• Master the AEM authoring environment, including our templates, components, content fragments libraries, site content tree, and the DAM.    

• Create and publish content as per Genpact processes, including sharing previews with stakeholders, supporting our website strategy and best practices, controlling revision cycles, and meeting stakeholder needs.    

• Actively participate in our ticketing systems and clearly communicate questions, updates, challenges, and completed tasks to stakeholders and management.   
    

Website CMS stewardship   

• Working with the Senior Web Producer, ensure CMS hygiene including DAM structure and file naming, site content tree maintenance, folder organization and naming, and consistency across page names, text linking, URLs, and slugs.    

• In collaboration with the Senior Web Producer and our Web Operations team (the back office), contribute to the smooth operation of the AEM front-office and bring issues to their attention.  

Content optimization:   

• Working with the Senior Web Producer and SEO Manager, support and enforce publishing best practices that optimize SEO, findability, site search, and generative SEO readiness.    

Collaboration and Teamwork   

• Project manage web requests in a fast-paced, highly collaborative Marketing team.   

• Coordinate with web operations to troubleshoot technical issues related to AEM and ensure smooth integration of content.   

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.   

• Relevant years of experience with web content management, or website marketing production.   

• In-depth knowledge of any CMS platform, with a relevant years experience authoring in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).  

• Strong writing and proofreading skills with outstanding attention to detail.   

• Knowledge of web design principles and best practices for creative presentation, design, and website UX for business-to-business (B2B) audiences .  

• Familiarity with content and project management tools like Contently and Adobe Workfront.   

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.  

• Light HTML skills for more accurate CMS editing, interfacing with our web channel management team, and troubleshooting.   

• Familiarity with geo website management, including translations and local stakeholder engagement.  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including superb communication and interpersonal skills.    

• Knowledge of emerging AI tools that assist in content management and website production.
