How you´ll help us:

As a Warehouse Manager:

• You will oversee daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe handling of all products.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for receiving, warehousing, and distribution to maximize efficiency.
• Manage the warehousing team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of stock and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and fulfillment operations, optimizing the supply chain process.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Conduct regular safety checks and training to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in effectively managing personnel and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehousing best practices.
• Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
