People Operations Coordinator

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team by ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting employee needs, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you will do

1. Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Maintain and organize HR documents, records, and databases accurately and confidentially.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.

  • Coordinate with payroll and manage employee onboarding and exit processes.

2. Insurance & Benefits Administration

  • Process insurance transactions, EOBs, and invoices.

  • Assist with benefits renewals and facilitate employee orientations regarding benefits.

3. Government Compliance & Filing

  • Handle SSS, TIN, and other government filings and reimbursements.

  • Liaise with government offices to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

  • Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

4. HR Operations & Support

  • Manage employee loan approvals, timekeeping requests, and document requests.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related questions or issues.

5. Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Coordinate job postings and assist in screening candidates.

  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

  • Create visual and written materials to support HR communications and employer branding initiatives.

6. Administrative & Managerial Support

  • Arrange travel, schedule meetings, consolidate HR reports, process administrative documents such as invoices, and provide support to senior management.

  • Consolidate and generate basic HR reports and data summaries as requested by HR management or other stakeholders.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative support roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling confidential information.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) and HRIS systems.

  • Knowledge in creative tools such as Canva is a plus, but not required.
